I come from a healthcare background and I just experienced the worst bedside manners of my life. The technician was curt, rude and dismissive. The front desk was also very rude when I asked if I would be seen soon after waiting 30 minutes for my appointment, while paying for parking. Perhaps the staff at this facility should be reminded people are having procedures done to check if there is a problem, and perhaps the patients are worried. A little kindness and empathy would go a long way
