Terrible Service & Clueless Employees

I've rented cars at many different chains and I can say that Discount in Pembroke, ON is by far the worst. Clueless staff and poor management. They will charge your credit card with extra fees and then deny it. Went to upper management and they told me they've received many complains about the store in Pembroke. Car was dirty and had garbage in the console. The employees are the caliber of people you see working at McDonalds. I'll be going to Enterprise from now on!
