Unprofessional, very unfriendly and bad workmanship.
The installation is that bad, that the ESA issued several deficiency notifications. We were quoted for 455W panels and instead 450W panels were delivered and installed. 5W per panel may sound insignificant but if you do the math you fill figure out that we will lose almost 1,000 $ in revenue. This wasn't communicated with us - we discovered this after it started to smell more and more fishy. We also had multiple other problems.
