Very unsatisfied with the service. I have been waiting since the beginning of June to have a part replaced in a dishwasher. I have been calling for more then 3 weeks and they will not answer the phone. I personally went in and they had to look through 3 stacks of invoices looking for me only to say that oh it’s been shipped but I can’t tell you when it will arrive. Phone rang a dozen times while I was there and they did not pick up.

They do not answer their phone or have voicemail. We have been without our dryer for 3 months due to their poor customer service.

Does NOT answer phone and does not have a voice mail to leave a request for service.

Authorized Samsung service centre who doesn’t answer phones from customers or even Samsung for 3 weeks. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Excellent service. Courteous and knowledgeable repairman.. My appliances are now working well. I will recommend them to my friends in need of appliance servicing and repairs.

We've used them twice. Once for our front load washing machine and the second time for our fridge. Excellent service and excellent product knowledge.

Really bad!!!!!!!!!!

Both telephone numbers are forwarded to a mailbox which are both full and therefore cannot leave a message. It's the only repair place that we can use under warranty.
