    It was the worst ...

    It was the worst experience I've ever had with dry cleaners. I had an Aritzia silk dress (around $200) and I wanted them to clean off a small icecream stain. By the end of the day, the stain was still there, BIGGER! The ridiculous part is they even left some more oil stain on my dress. I asked if there is anything we can do about it, she said nothing and she can barely see any stain. I found it was ridiculously stupid and I am end up with a ruined dress and the worst service. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

    Ruined Clothes, Abhorrent service

    This is the ABSOLUTE worst cleaners I've been to. I brought 2 sweaters of my daughters (each $150) bought from Aritzia, and they both shrunk the heck out of it and left it with massive amounts of lint. When I brought it back, he IMMEDIATELY raised his voice and called me a liar. His timid wife was trying to tell him that it was fine when we dropped it off, but he was having none of it. I left with NO refund, NO apology, and 2 ruined sweaters. Do NOT go here. Prices are low initially, but it'll end up costing you more in the long run.
