I ordered some food along with cutlets, half of the cutlets were old and spoiled. I mentioned this to the management and they didn't even respond.

Less quantity of food

The food is excellent - good variety of choices at very reasonable prices. The female behind the counter is very friendly and helpful - the male who answers the phone and serves behind the counter not so much.

The price is too high.......And mainly the quantity of the food is too low

We tried Mr.Johns for our Onam function on (14/09/2016) and gave an order the day before. I think since it's their first day the customer's trust defeated their anticipation and by the time I reached to pick My order they were embarrassed.My hope was that they will do their best on the first day for sure but they did their best and now the food is almost over.I appreciate their attitude in dealing crisis and handling their customers. Mr.John and team did their best then and we all loved the food
