Broadway Cleaners is superb. Jack provides quality and timely service in dry cleaning, alterations, and tailoring. Jack and his staff are friendly, courteous, and community minded. They go out of their way to provide timely, excellent service. We have been happy customers for more than 30 years.

This place absolutely ruined an expensive winter coat (it was discoloured all along the zipper lining and the fake fur collar was hardened and look horrible), refused to take any responsibility or provide a refund or any compensation. The owner was extremely aggressive with me and told me I was trying to scam them. I was disgusted at how I was treated and that a business couldnt do the basic right thing. Disgusted.

Terrible, terrible customer service. So I dropped off a pair of high-end (ugg-type) slippers on Aug 18. The guy had no idea what to charge me so he said he'll call me in a few days with a quote. August past, and mid-Sept I followed up as I was just going to pick them up and go somewhere else. They didn't have them. Asked to be called again, and was told they might come in on Mon.
