Uncooperative and highly inefficient front desk woman. Doctors seem to be disinterested. Horrible clinic. Avoid!

The front desk service is abhorrent. They treat patience like worthless annoyances.

This is the WORST walk-in clinic I have ever been to. The wait times are always 1.5-2 hour +++. Even at 8am when then open. The receptionists are rude and not helpful. They will tell you the wait time is 1 hour, when it's actually close to 2 hours. Incompetence after incompetence.

2 hour wait time is just bloody ridiculous. Having 1 doctor in is ridiculous. This place is so bad.

This clinic looks like it's run by university students. You will be misdiagnosed here, I assure you that as I speak from experience and a deeper hole in my wallet due to incorrect prescriptions

Waste of Doctors.

East Liberty Medical Center is terrible, the doctors are uninterested if you have serious medical problems. More so they are un-willing to prescribe tried tested and true medications on patients with pre existing conditions. Unless you are perfectly healthy and need nothing more then a check up, do not go here. Do not waste your time. you will be shipped out immediately because the doctors do not have experience with many medications that are regularly prescribed. Do not waste your time.

This is the first review I've ever written for anything. I felt compelled to because of how HORRIBLE this place is. If I could choose 0 stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to. The front desk staff are not helpful at all. They barely care enough to look up, even if there's a line-up of people waiting. Worse still, the wait times are much longer than other clinics I've been to. If you don't want to ruin your day, do not come here.

Worst clinic I've ever been to. I never write reviews but the staff here are so horrible that I had to. The receptionist never says hello first. You have to awkwardly stand there and say hi to her, only then will she lift her head and acknowledge you. The wait times are ridiculous, the doctors take their time for no good reason. I went there today to get a physical exam for an upcoming surgery... After the exam was done the receptionist told me it would be an $100 fee. When I asked her why Dr.

Worst service eve...

Worst service ever. I went cause they deal with sports injuries and I had my ankle twisted really badly. They sent me for x-ray and didn't call me back after they got documentation. So when I left a few messages in voicemail they recalled two days after saying that I had a broken bone in my foot and I should go to ER for cast. Don't trust those persons, if you care about your health.

The perfect clinic

My dad is handicapped, and couldn't even get up the steps to the doctors offices around the Thompsion hotel. At east Liberty, not only could I wheel him in right off the street, but all the facilites are accessable. The team is the best, and so far he has had great care. They even set him up with a cardio rehab clinic at Sunnybrook! Great job East Med team!

Accident recovery (Physiotherapy and massage)

I was in a really bad motorcycle accident and did my physiotherapy at east liberty medical. The physiotherapists, massage therapists and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and very supportive. I am proud to say my physiotherapy is finally over and i feel great. My biggest concern after my accident was my shattered wrist which had 0 movement and no feeling after the surgery. Now all the feeling is back and my range of motion is around 95% of what it was before the accident. I am very happy with the treatments offered at east liberty medical center and would recommend their services to anyone in the Toronto (east liberty village) area
