Male haircut in Fredericton Northside this morning. First customer in. Stylist did an amazing job. Even if it was bad that would be ok because she was over the top friendly!

The hairdresser cut my daughter’s bangs completely uneven and then we had to wait an hour to get them fixed. Thanks for messing up my daughters hair for our family pictures

Terrible hair cut Mel the women working there, cut my hair extremely short 1/4 of an inch on the sides and back and 1 inch on top and very chopped chunks taken out everywhere, this is going to take a very long time to grow out, since I have to keep going to get it fixed up to make it even, as well I am getting the word out to let people know not to go to her, on the other note I have talked to other people that have had this done also, and they have notice that she is high on the job...

I have been going to the Upper James store for 4yrs every 6weeks. My stylist is Candice and she is awesome. I took my daughter with me today to have her hair colored and cut. She did an amazing job and we both walked out feeling like a million bucks. She was attentive and listened to what we wanted. She recomended product for my daughters dry hair and I purchased it. I just like to say thank you for this amazing and awesome stylist. She obviously loves what she does and it shows in her work.

Keshia cut my hair. Very disappointed. She did a.short curly Bob that looks.terrible. I have had a.cut by Fatah she did what I.asked and my hair looked great.

Went to First Choice in London Ontario, wanted my blonde hair dyed back to my own color, dark chestnut brown, first they dyed it red, then put another color over top of that, still came out red, then put in another color on top of that, still came out red, I complained, 3 of them consulted, put in a 3rd dye, UNBELIEVABLE JET BLACK, are these people for real, I WILL NEVER RETURN...INCOMPETENCY IS NOT AN ATTRIBUTE!!!

They ruined my hair. It was a disaster.Most of it fell out and they refused to do anything about it.

My friends son went in for a trim and to get the top of his hair colored... this was the outrageous bill they charged him with at the end of the day which is absolutely unacceptable.... this was a 13 year old child!!!! 96.33!!!!!!!! He doesnt have hair down to his butt... he has a normal boys cut! HOW DO YOU PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT!!! ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE!!! Im pretty positive if I went in to ours and asked for the same thing it wouldnt ne this much.. and this is a crazy insane price regardless

Terrible customer service! Head office does nothing to resolve complaints. Will never use a first choice again!

Started working at a Chilliwack Location ....first week there two managers bought lice shampoo and treated the Assitant mangers children in the shop with customers getting services done....ive given my notice as of late. Poorest management ive ever seen. They treat head lice full well knowing its against all polices....just WOW

First Choice In Hanover On is refusing to do hair colours due to a shotage in staff! What kind of compant allows this to happen? Shuffle staff to accommodate, look at how employees are treated, offer better wages!!! Not rocket science to understand why no one wants to work there!!

went to your Ingersoll store at 1 15 there was one lady waiting .Told me to come back at 2 as no one had lunch yet. Am a hairdresser and worked for fist choice at one time and if we had done this ,we would have been in trouble ,BUT I GUESS THEY DID NOT WANT THE BUSSINSS lee

I have been going to First Choice Country Hills BLVD in Calgary for a long time. Same girl named Rena. Love her work and haircuts etc. But the manager yesterday in the area where she was working and customers were waiting and accused her in front of all of us, of a missing $80.00 bank deposit. Not very professional. Manager there needs a behavior lesson on when and were to talk to staff. Like in a private closed door area. We did not need to hear this. Please have someone talk to her.!!!!

The women who work in the Valcaron Ontario branch knew the sink was broken but never told us. They brought my mother to the back and the sink fell on her arm and back . She is 90 year olds ,They never asked if she was ok as a matter a fact after it happen they said they knew sink was broken for long time and laughed. They hurt a 90 year old women no sorry not a free shampoo after hurting and getting soaked. Now i have to bring her to see doctor . as she is in pain Thank you so much

Didnt do what I asked. Went in to get my color fixed but still not what I asked. Would love my money back

Most expensive haircut I ever had! Counting today, Ive been to the Portland Street salon 6 times. Ive been charged a different price for the same service ranging from $4 to (todays ridiculous charge) $20!!! I was there for 7 minutes (I know because I was there when it opened and checked my watch when I left). I had one inch of hair clipped from the back of my head. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I wont go back and Ill make sure to tell all my friend and family not to go.

I had an appointment for color to cover my grey, and partial foils to add some red. No hair cut. Fluff dry and a couple swipes through with the curling iron. No product was used....not even mousse was offered. The job was hurried as the stylist had customers waiting. My hair looked half done when I left. Even with 20% Senior Discount, my cost was $1 03.93!!!!!! Before I tipped her!!!! Your prices have continally increased over the last couple years. I will not be back.....I cannot AFFORD to!!!!!

We have been going to First Choice for years, and yesterday was the last time! Shame on you for raising your prices so much. In November I paid $20.60 something, with the seniors discount, and yesterday I had to pay $25.93 with the seniors discount! I know minimum wage went up, but my Old Age Security only went up $1.17 A month, so I will now go to a cheaper salon, that respect seniors!

I have been coming to your salon on hespeler Rd. In Cambridge on. For over a year now and been very satisfied with the service recently I have tried to call this location and only get an answering machine telling me to leave a message which I did and I have been waiting a response since 9am until now. I'm not sure what the problem is but this does make sense to me , your other shops in Cambridge on. do not have the same policy they answer there phone politely. Happy with my hair dresser Lucia.

Was at North Bay First Choice on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 1:30 pm and put my name on the list for a hair cut. I was told 15-20 minutes. I was back in 15 minutes and the stylist I requested took another girl before me. The girl told me she booked an appointment on the internet. I've been told that I couldn't book an appointment ahead. What's up with this? Not pleased and WE, our family, will not be back to First Choice ever again.
