Moores Clothing For Men

We had a wonderful experience at Moores. My son is in second year in university and he needed another suit so I bought him one for Christmas (on sale). I had confirmed in advance that I could exchange it for another one in case my son didn't like it or just bring it in for alterations. My boyfriend recommended we go to the Yonge St. location after Christmas to get it altered and he recommended we see Michel. Michel took excellent care of us, was efficient and the suit looks fantastic!

If I could give this location a 0 I would. This store has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You would think being at this prime location their service would be superb however my experience was quite opposite. They rush you in and out with no care or love for their job.
