Great service on New Year's Eve

To make a long story very short, we were locked out of the room at the Harvest Guest House on New Year's Eve after traveling down to Niagra from Ottawa. The owners were in Europe and the caretaker was unable to help until later in the evening; we had dinner reservations at 6pm. Jim showed up within 20 minutes of calling (at 5pm on New Year's Eve!!) and had us back in our room in no time.

Locked out of the house. Called numerous locksmiths. ONLY Jim's would come out to open the door. Came within the hour. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Great service. Cheaper than I expected as well. Would recommend this company to any one. Thank Jim's Lock Shop!!!
