I needed to take my elderly mother to a last minute medical appt. We needed wheelchair access and I was really nervous about the whole thing. However, all details were explained to me very professionally and the driver was prompt and so polite. My mother was actually singing and laughing in the back of the van. Thank you so much for making this so stress free. We will call you in Feb for her next appt.

Great company! All employees are so kind. Only taxi company I will use. They are always so quick. I was drunk with no money and this company made sure I got home safe. Great people and I highly recommend Grand Taxi
I have NEVER been more upset by a company in my life! My hubby and I called for a cab on st.pats day (keep in mind neither of us were drinking) On the way to our destination, our driver treated us as if we were mindless drunks. Over charging and speaking to us as if we were idiots! We were charged over $20 to go less than 3 blocks and when asked to go on meter rather than a “flat rate” they said they would call the cops if we didn’t comply! Not to mention I was called some very offensive names!
When I called to make sure driver was coming I was told SHE would be here any minute. HE arrived as soon as I hung up along with a sick female in the passenger seat Buckley’s and Kleenex in hand, coughing. Gross
They never came to puck me up. Waited over 2 hours.
Booked a Grand Taxi to and from the Buffalo airport recently. They were late picking us up to leave and never came and picked us up yesterday morning leaving us STRANDED in Buffalo at one in the morning. When we called them, they said we never prepaid for our return ride, when booking taxi receptionist never mentioned return fee beforehand. Asked if they would come and pick us up, they said it was too late. Will make sure everyone hears about this one.

Excellent service and only taxi company I feel safe with. I also think all drivers are very nice and respectful and the owner himself is an amazing person and would do anything for anyone.

Tbh, this is the best Taxi Service in welland, every day I walk by Grand Taxis workplace I see two people cleaning each individual van that was currently out there. Where as 4500's Taxi vans aren't clean at all when I got in them they were dirty rips all over and it smelt like cigarette smoke. I once sent my children on their one of their vans to get to school a few years ago and they got fleas on their clothing. If you ask me Grand Taxi is much better then any other Taxi company in Welland
Tbh, Grand taxi is the best Taxi Service in the town of Welland because their cars are the cleanest and when I walk by their office I see two people cleaning their cars, one was vacuuming and one was wiping down the dashboard, cup holders and the steering wheel. Where as 4500's Taxi's actually gave my children flee's a few weeks ago when I asked them to drive my child to schools, their cars smell like cigarettes and it wasn't hygienic at all. And Grand Taxi's service was great and safe for us.
Horrible service!!! Waited for over 3 hours for a cab. Called them for the 5th time to see when they would arrive only to find out that it will be another hour. What kind of service is that. I understand if it was toronto and New Years day which is only usually a 2 hour wait for a cab but come on over a 4 hour wait. NEVER AGAIN
TERRIBLE SERVICE! My sister and her friend took a cab last night through this service. They were demanding the money up front. My sister said no (i never have paid for a cab soon as I got in) Half way through the ride he asked for the cash again, and they said no. He threatened to drop them off in the middle of no where. ASHAMED that these taxi "services" are out there operating like this. DO NOT USE!
I use them all the time and have no complaint. They are a smaller company so sometimes I have to wait a little while for my cab but the cars they use are newer, low mileage cars that are clean and ride beautifully. Plus their out of town rates are the cheapest in Welland. 2 thumbs up for me.
Terrible. Late on pickup, tried to charge me $55 for a $40 ride. On my way back from my destination(round trip service) the driver picked up two other people who were clearly friends. Proceeded to ask me if I was allergic to anything(no) and then smoke in the car. What should have taken 50 minutes to do round-trip took over 1 hour and 15 minutes. Thanks, not going to use Grand Taxi again, ever.
I absolutely loved them! The dispatchers were very friendly and helpful,and the drivers were wonderful. I use them everyday to bring my child to school and to be honest I would not trust any other company with my child. Worst service I have seen. I have never felt that the bus service is supperior. I called from the hospital. four buses have passed by and the taxi did not arrive. You could argue that the delay was understandable because of the bad weather. I called after half hour to check.
