very slow delivery plus they charge extra for delivery

Worst shish taouk i just orderd my sandwich was burnt and cold the chicken was cold and the potatoes was rly old coulndnt eat it

The food is ok (definitely not as good as the one in downtown) and delivery is awful! Almost 2 hours of waiting and still no food. And I live 7 minutes away from the restaurant...it's ridiculous

I received a really bad service. I ordered a vegetarian falafel wrap and by mistake they gave me chiken. I only found out 2 minutes after I went outside when I took a bite. Being a vegetarian it was very unplesant. The worse thing happened when I came back and politely asked them to give me an exchange as they gave me the wrong sandwich. The guy refused to exchange he said that my face looked pale and I should just eat it instead of complaining! Worse service ever. Dont waist time. AVOID BOUSTAN
