These are very reasonable people that are willing to work with you in every way in order to ensure your satisfaction in the product they are selling. I am so pleased with the customer service, I will gladly be returning to Bijouterie Dominic for servicing my Omega in the future...and this says a lot given that I currently reside 3-4 hours from Montreal. Absolutely fantastic!
