Time seems to slow when you step through the door of Boutique Lustre, and for any woman who has spent time fighting her way through racks of clothing items strewn about a multiple-story behemoth, this is a welcome feeling. Not only does the tranquil clothing store beautifully showcase owner Yasmine Wasfy’s designs, all the behind-the-scenes action takes place no more than a curtain and a set of stairs away. “We produce my whole line of clothing in house so we actually have our studio here, where we do everything,” explains Yasmine. “Design, patterning, cutting, sewing, everything is done by me and my staff.”
