Culina changes their menu weekly, using local ingredients in their ethnically inspired menus. The restaurant offers a local twist on international comfort food. They’re open for dinner during the week, and brunch on weekends.
A bistro, breakfast spot, cheese shop and wine bar, Cavern offers a European style menu centred on cheese. While specialty cheeses are often imported, Cavern also supports local cheese producers, such as Sylvan Star and The Cheesiry, in addition to supporting other local businesses by offering local chocolate from Jacek Chocolate Couture, cookies from Bloom Cookie Co., and extra virgin olive oil from Evoolution.
