While CANOE isn't open as late as some – midnight, Thursday to Saturday – the ambiance of the repurposed 1894 site, originally built to house coal-powered electric generators, and the delicious food and beer make it a worthy choice.
Ferris' Upstairs is only open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, but don't let that deter you from sampling some of the freshest seafood to be found in Victoria.
