Ahh, birthdays. It’s the most important day of the year regardless of whether you’re five years old or 95. We all remember handing out our birthday party invitations to our friends at school, and trying to have the coolest party in class. Why not consider these venues for your kids’ next party? You’ll be sure to be the coolest parent!

For the giant nerd in all of us, this is the place to have your party. Kids will enjoy admission to the galleries, the robotics lab, science demos and shows in the dome shows, as well as food and cupcakes. Want a little action with your birthday cake? Parties include all equipment (marker, face mask, coveralls, gloves), 200 paintballs per player, and three full hours of non-stop adrenaline fun. For kids 10 and up, including adults.
This is for the more adventurous birthday kids (or older kids), with a two-hour window to climb to new heights on the big day. Everything is included from harness and climbing shoes, to the private instructor for the group. Only kids five and up can partake, however.
Also located within West Edmonton Mall, this is a fun place for kids’ birthday parties. Eat, drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages) and bowl. This is quite literally a giant room made of trampolines and there’s another area, “The Pit,” that is filled with big foam blocks the kids can just jump into. Can a kid imagine anything more fun? Basically, kids as young as two can participate and jump around to their heart’s content.
Party packages include the use of their private party room for 1.5 hours, where you have the actual party itself (food, drinks, cake, presents, et cetera). You can bring in any outside food and beverages. Then, the adults and kids can play golf as long as it takes to finish the course. There’s also a whole slew of gifts for the birthday boy or girl (depending on the package you choose), as well as gifts for the guests.
