the food was amazing and the service was very good. once we got our food they asked us if it was all we needed and how we were doing. this is a great place to take your kids. they have amazing different dishes for all age groups. there is even a kids corner for young children to play. There is also a bar on the other side for adults. I think its a great place. the atmosphere of Boston Pizza was amazing and everyone was very kind.

I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

We were in last night, on a Friday. The service was nothing short of excellent. We were seat quickly, food arrived in record time. Every person we made contact here went above what we were excepting. We have visited Boston Pizza numerous times and always enjoy it. Our last visit was exceptional though! The service was excellent and our waitress was very attentive, polite, and interacted great with our children. Our food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. We had the Southwest Skins which is one of our favourites and I tried the Pulled Pork Sandwich with cactus cuts! I was very pleased with everything.

Best pizza we ever had. Our friends had wings and they really enjoyed them. Atmosphere nice. Would definetely go back again. Could not believe some of the reviews that it was bad. Our food was delicious. Waitress could have waited a few more minutes as she started boxing up our leftovers and one of our party was not even finished eating, other then that was great.

Well unlike others who posted, we had a great experience at this location. We were seated and waited on in a timely manner. Our food arrived, hot, with no mistakes, in decent time. The only criticism came from my wife who had the Baked-Seven Cheese Ravioli with Bolognese sauce. She said that she likes to taste the cheese, but the sauce overpowered the cheese. Other wise everyone enjoyed their meals.

Our Grandson has a peanut allergy so we are very limited where to take him-his parents let us know-this is one of them-we did not mention it at first-but after we got our drinks we told the waitress & she took everything back & wiped it down & his meal was cooked accordingly-this place is with the program-food was great too-service-EXCELLENT

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE this place. Food is amazing every time, servers are friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is very casual. Only thing that keeps me from coming here as often as I would is the price. The meals, especially the pizza, is a little highly priced. Other than that, I highly reccomend it! Bon apetit! =)

I have to say that the service and food at this Boston Pizza was some of the best that I have ever had. I really enjoyed how juicy the chicken was and the type of tomato sauce that was on the sandwich was really amazing! The Ceaser Salad was great too, not too much salad dressing, which is something that I can't stand. I would definately recommend to other people to come to the Boston Pizza located on Wayne Gretzky Parkway. The service was fantastic and the wairess was on the ball and got our refills in no time at all, and she also didn't come over to often to see how our meal was or ask us when we had food in our mouths. Over all, a great experience and I would definately go back again!!!

This Boston Pizza location is by far our favourite. My wife and I have been going since they opened and never had a bad experience. The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.
