We have been dealing with Linh for many years. High degree of knowledge/expertise. Allows customers to take their time without pushing. Takes time to ensure glasses fit properly. Horrible customer service . I bought a glasses for my child , they confirmed the delivery in 3 days - no news for a couple of days later - after calling couple of times , the lady was so rude and she just said they are busy and cut the phone while we were still asking her questions !
