I love to travel and i love fish and chips. My favourite and most delicious fish and chips memory is Bass Fish & Chips in South London, UK. Ever since tasting that mouthwatering original English style fish and chips, i have been searching the world for something similar. A Kitchener standby on Highland Road ... very busy all the time ... usually a 5-10 min wait ... but worth it ... the Asian lady who owns or runs the franchise has been there for at least 8 years and keeps things moving ... food always great ... for a down easterner (Halifax) ... it's always nice every now and then to have a feed of fish 'n chips (haddock every time) ... love the unlimited fries ... just wish the cole slaw side was larger ... that being said great food ...
