I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.

There is no better place for a child to learn how to swim. My son started at 11 months old and now has his lifeguard badge. The team are phenomenal with all children. My son was very challenging when he started there but they never gave up. They worked with him until he learned to love the water. We moved to the Brock Road pool and the same can be said for that location. Bonnie, Chris and the team are beyond fantastic.

Our daughter is a Franks success story! She took her first lesson over 9 years ago in their Kodiak location, and is registered for her Bronze Medallion this spring. If it weren't for the amazing intructors and encouragement she wouldn't be the strong confident swimmer she is today. We really appreciate Franks flexible make-up policies and excellent service.
