I think I have a lung infection 4 weeks. I got CoVid -negative testing, 2wks before, but green phlegm I called, they said they’d call me back t same day, I waited 6 days, call them again, but same result. 811 said isolate do CoVid test. Exposing my partner or her Father is terrible! The clinic needs to do what they say! Often the MD leaves an hr before closing or the refuse your drop-in visit an hour before closing, when there’s only 1 or 2 patients. They don’t care!

Doctors are rude and inconsiderate and uncompassionate After waiting 45 minutes with a puled back and in lots of pain he didn’t even look at me just told me to go to the hospital. Never Go Here

The so called physicians here are nothing but pill pushers and intentionally give short prescription times to keep you coming back twice, or 3 times more often than necessary every month so they can rack up more patient visit fees (50 dollars a pop) and pad their already gross bank account at the expense of the free health system. They also are very rude and have no interest at all in finding the root cause of a patients problems. Some of them also go by 2 different names. pitiful indeed

This is the 3rd time I come to the clinic to see a dr and got refused, because I'm too late. They say they close at 9pm, I showed up 1st time at 850pm, 835pm, 755pm this time the Dr has an appointment! This is gross miss management, and my taxes are pay for this! I will never go back! I lived here for 4 years, 4 blocks away, and they will here about this at all directions! I have been sick and work 10 hr days no way is this right!

We are new to the...

We are new to the area and looking for a family physician. A UK educated Doctor (that is how he explained himself) gave my son a prescription for a steroid medication without explaining to me what is the medication and its side effects (which is not how AHS or College of physician said). We will NEVER go back to this facility, he came to the room started asking question, DID NOT BOTHER INTRODUCING HIMSELF, i have to ask him who he is, i need to be sure he is a doctor. This is Canada and we want better services from a supposed family physician.
