Crescent Heights Family Medical Clinic

Two words....Dumb and dumberer! Like all healthcare in Canada... pathetic! I did not even make it to the front counter! The lobby was stuffy, hot and full of people standing and sitting willy nilly. I tried to que up and got yelled at by sum crazy lady saying that several people were ahead of me but seated!? I just walked out....

Great service! Just takes way to dang long to wait and see the doctor. Slow as molasses.

I choose this clinic from a list of Dr.s taking new patients. My info was taken and I was told I would receive a call in a week. I called 10 days later to be told the Dr was on vacation . I would absolutely receive a phone call if I was accepted or not within a week. 2 weeks later I called and was told they were not accepting new patients. No explanation! The physical, emotional and financial effects of postponing treatment has been devastating. Do you want to put your health in their hands?

Dr Jeraj was fantastic. It was great to go somewhere where the staff are friendly. Thank you for being open on family day!

Went to the walk in on the night of October 11th and the nurse that was on duty was amazing. The best I have ever had. She was so respectful and nice. Great job.
