New living room set all scratched up during delivery but somehow it’s my fault. Won’t even help me with getting prices to fix or repair. Bounced around to MULTIPLE staff and basically told too bad your problem. Not concerned with bad reviews as I’m just one customer. Phoned head office and told they can’t help me either. I’d pay for the repairs but somehow they can’t help me with that either. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Never shop there unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Left us alone to try out different mattresses! Recommended a cover and frame! Thank you!

I advise you go elsewhere unless you want FAULTY PRODUCTS and want to WASTE TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY. Bought a new freezer and in one month, it had stopped working. Called customer service to either refund me, exchange the product or get it fixed. Said the 4 year extension warranty did not protect against anything. Learned they stopped making this product years ago. Talked to the manager, who was rude, belligerent, and stated it was my fault the product wasnt working.

After spending $6'000.00 plus and a misunderstanding about a delivery fee- l was not impressed about Leon's refusal to deliver appliances until l paid the $50.00 delivery charge - CHEAP
