Very Unprofessional
Made an appointment on Thursday with Dr. Campbell and got a reminder call from the office today where they asked to bump my appointment up by 2.5 hours on Monday as they had a "gap" in their appointment bookings. I advised I couldn't because of work...she said no problem. The same person called a couple hours later and left a message advising that they had to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I guess the doctor didn't want to wait around even though it was the office that made the schedule. They had from Thursday to give me the heads up so I could at least find someone else to see Monday so the PAIN I'M IN can be dealt with but no, they waited until a Sunday the day before to let me know......THANKS HUH!! I don't think I've EVER dealt with a doctors office that was so unprofessional....
