CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. With the exception of Ty this place is an absolute disappointment.
I spent way too much time injured and I contribute that to the poor quality of coaching and supervision. There were way too many people in a class for the coaches to effectively monitor and if you were not a young attractive woman or one of the people who competed for the gym then you were ignored.
