Wow! The Service at this Clinic is Fantastic ! Dr Daniel Van Der Merwe is Amazing and gives Great Care So Very Lucky to find this DR by SF

Have been a client of this clinic for years and feel very fortunate to have had such a great group of doctors to look after my family.

The service from reception ladies are very poor for the patient. I had doctor notes that to be send out to however they hold on it until I found out by myself in after 12 days. So I have to go there again, then they send out with missing page. I called again to ask send missing page, they were not happy with it. I have no idea is the right way to do for your patient?

Don’t bother booking an appointment because you never get in on time. Employees spend the beginning of their shift chatting instead of working so you are stuck getting in an hour after your appointment.

Great GPs at this location. Really take their time to understand what is going on. Fantastic with the children and never have to wait when have a booked appointment.

Absolutely horrendious. Terrible. This clinc is so very much a very negative experience typical of the horrific people in Kwlowna whom are stuck up..snobby..rude..arrogant..and lie because they are lazy and dont wanna do their job. I have filed a complaint against this office personally. The brunetter receptionist is absolutely horrible..very rude..lied and deliberately said that they where not taking any more walk in patients after being called 10 minutes prior and said yes. She is a man hater.
