Bunny came to our home for a consultation. The following day we spent 3 hours with her and her coworker, Naim, picking out furniture and area rugs. We are excited to have our home transformed. Thank you Bunny and Naim!
I am happy with the chair I purchased but am disappointed with the chaotic buying experience. It included initial incorrect pricing, long delivery time unless I purchased unwanted premium features, being sent to the warehouse for pick up when it had been sent to the store, and lack of assembly and assembly tools after being told it would be fully assembled. Any of these individual complications is acceptable but collectively they make me reluctant to buy from La-Z-Boy in the future.

Naim was very pleasant to deal with. Our chairs came promptly, and look and feel wonderful. I would definitely go back and see him again. BUT I am NOT happy with the delivery service. I paid $180 to have two chairs delivered, to replace two existing chairs. The delivery men stated that they would not move the existing chairs. That was extra $$, but if I gave them $70 cash they would do it. I declined. Be sure to get your exact terms of delivery in writing!!!

Hi Maria! The delivery company we use does charge to move furniture within the home. We apologize this was not better explained at time of purchase. We will follow up with the store and your design consultant. We truly appreciate your business.
