SAFA Medical Clinic

The receptionist is absolutely one miserable lady and when I told her so she laughed. I ended up asking my twin sister to make and appointment with her doctor. I was so mad at her clear rudeness I called back to let her know exactly what I thought. I told her she needs to be a lot more nicer as a person when dealing with people especially in the healthcare industry. She stammered on her words to offer to make me appointment, to little to late. Id rather travel further then go there!!!Be Kinder!

Terrible clinic. Customer service is rude and dismissive. My appointment was cancelled twice and I can't book with my doctor as they had no schedule for her nor did they have any idea as to when I could see her. The doctor, when I could get in to see her was excellent. Unfortunately I have ongoing medical issues and have no idea when that might be.

I can honestly tell you as I say in a hospital for 6 hours last night that calling to this clinic and then telling me to come down and there was no wait ! NO wait that’s fine I’ll wait as I was asked to come in. After waiting over an hour hacking and dying a little inside they literally called everyone but me! That being said they also take regular customers So when a regular walk in comes and within 20 minutes gets called I walked out. Horrible no customer service no sympathy

A wonderul clinic! I have always been impressed with their compassion and caring, they actually take the time to get to the root of the problem. The other day I cut my finger badly and I walked in even though I saw the closed for the day sign. I didn't know where to turn, they were kind enough to help me and stitched up my finger in short order. Excellent care with a mandate to help whenever they can. Kudo's to the entire clinic, wish there was more clinic's out there like yours.
