    Online shopping/reserve a timeslot is disappointing, misleading and lacks necessary information. It is not clear that one must make a purchase through checkout before being able to confirm a timeslot, or that the cart contents can be modified up until 24 hours before timeslot ONCE AN INITIAL PURCHASE HAS BEEN PAID FOR. Overall, a great store in Nanaimo - except for my recent experience.
