Absolutely brutal manicure. Left two fingers bleeding during a manicure and one of the fingers became infected afterwards. Also took my own nail polishes and unfortunately forgot there. Phoned immediately after and left a message then phoned two more times to ask them to put them aside. When I went to pick them up, they were using my nail polishes!!!! Will not be back!

I have been to this nail salon a few times and have been very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter & I have been getting Pedi's at Chi Nails almost once a month for over a year Use to be good, then noticed the service was slipping. last time we were both in and out in 20-25 minutes.Didn't touch our heels, hardly did our cuticles, a few minute massage, rubbed the rocks up and down are legs a few times and painted our nails not that well. The only thing said to us was "nice colour". We won't be back.
