Ultra Nails

I went as a walk-in and was promptly assisted. They did a fantastic job on my nails and the pedicure chairs are so relaxing! I will definitely be returning regularly.

This place is terrible. They didn't smile at me at all, there was not even one other customer in there , it was empty and it seemed like I was bothering them. When I asked for a simple design, they were going back and forth shouting in their language. I have a 9 month old and they refused to do my nails because she might cry. She was in her stroller and I knew she might be hungry so I was going to breastfeed and put her back but they were incredibly rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I got my hair done , dental appointments , threading and even had nails done at another salon and everyone has always been accommodating and nice and wanting my business even if they were busy. These guys at ultra nail refused to do my nails even though there was three girls doing Nothing , just sitting there and they still didn't want my business. I know my daughter and she could sense it was uncomfortable and usually she's happy and smiley but they treated us so poorly. I couldn't manage to do zero stars but it is not deserving of any stars. They were just trying to get rid of me because I have a baby . To get your money you need people skills and these people have none.
