    Quite knowledgeable in their field. Set up a system for us without fuss, and it's nice knowing if anything goes wrong we can always call

    DISHONEST!!!! Ive been a customer since Nov 2014. I had no contact but paid yearly. In May 2019 of this year I informed RMC that I had sold my house and would be moving effective June 3rd and asked when I would be expecting my refund. He said approximately 1 week after I move or when the new owners take up the new contact. I tried 7 times contacting him as to where my refund was and got no response. As of this date no refund. The monitoring station will not even tell you where they are.

    Very good customer service. They answered my Saturday phone call and were able to help me over the phone at no charge. WS
