    Caterina is amazing as are her services. Her kind nature and openess really comes across when you meet her. Her services are top notch and she is alwayas friendly and professional. The spa facilities are warm and inviting and very relaxing. Ive seen her twice now and will continue to use her services.

    I have always had very light eyebrows, thin and with now shape. I got Microblading done and am so happy. I was one of the first clients for microblading at the spa, and a year later am still happy with the results. I wake up with beautifully shaped eyebrows. They actually did make a difference to my features. I would highly recommend the investment. Caterina takes the time to draw them, tweak them to your satisfaction, in a very clean, relaxing environment. I am truly enjoying my new look.

    owner caterina ruined my eyebrows microblading

    I had a botch job done on my eyebrows microblading 1st time July 15th she used wrong colour called another tech in front of me saying she used wrong color she felt bad ... went back had another tech with her asked other tech you want to do a few strokes who does that then other tech tells her where to add more clearly has no idea what she doing caterina (Maria first name ) is the owner of this spa ,,, who did this to me and other tech will take 3 times to take she refused to do it 3rd time

    Best little spa joint in Surrey

    Caterina is awesome! Great service and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. Had lash extensions done and they were fantastic. Can't wait to go back for other services!

    Dolce Speranza is a beautiful, warm spa. I have always been more than happy with the treatments I have received there and will definitely return. I am looked after as soon as I enter, and I leave feeling relaxed and pampered. A++++

    I was given a gc and went for a facial and massage. Absolutely loved it. Skincare line that was used during facial was great. Definitely a calming environment with great service

    I would definitely go back. I was very happy with the service. The esthetician was very clean,professional and knowledgeable. I had a facial and some waxing done. I am very particular and was quite impressed with the variety of services they provide.
