Terrible exspearance

Bought tune sandwich there today,took it home too discover it was not on a sub white toasted like I asked but on some kind of bun which was square and stale,was not toasted but just warm, cheese was hardly any,tuna not like in their menu,it was chucks and very dry,I'm taking it back tomorrow,too get my money back,haven't been in that Quiznos for about 2 yrs,because of the woman serving there
