very good staff . excellent service , I go there everyday since I m in Winnipeg. There is employee Gurpreet who listen customer carefully and make order so quickly at the cashier (front) .. this is best tim hortens in the Winnipeg area.

Need better customer service skills.

The staff and supervisor need customer service training. It's nice that they are trying to be fast but they don't need to be so rude!

They are so focused on speed there that they always put WAY too much butter or cream cheese on bagels. They seem pushy in the drive through, and start handing things to me while I'm putting in my pin; very impolite.
