Rude and very condescending staff. On two occasions I was treated with very poor customer service. It is as if you do not matter and are wasting their time. The owner sets the tone championing arrogance and dismissive attitude. In relating my negative experience to my daughter she was treated similarly and swore never to set foot in this store. Treat all customers kindly you never know how much money you just kissed goodbye and word of mouth to friends and family will not be pleasant.

I have been very happy with their work for over 15 years now. They’re designs are great if you want to redesign a piece!

This pond shop,and I wouldnt call it anything else.,has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, there deceiving, dishonest, and downright thieves., DO NOT GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH., AVOID AT ALL COST.,

Disappointing Experience -- Glad I Shopped Around

First visit: was advised entire wedding ring needed to be re-tipped to avoid further diamond loss. Cost, at least $1,000, from memory. A different jeweller said re-tipping was NOT necessary and replaced missing stones. That was years ago and not a single diamond lost since. Cost was only $100 (tiny diamonds don't cost much, even good ones). Second visit: valuation of a jewelry piece -- VERY off-hand service, bordering on rude. Won't be back.

I've had 2 different watches serviced by Ancaster Jewellers (1 automatic and 1 battery powered). The store is beautiful and they're always professional, friendly, and do good quality work. I highly recommend them!
