went to drive-thru and they told me it would take 3-5 min to make an ice cap...I waited 13 mins then drove thru again and asked for a refund they gave it to me...and a free 1/2 melted ice cap. worst part got home with 2 Birthday cake donuts and they are stale and hard.this place has gone down hill.....that's why EVERYONE goes to McDonald's!!!!

Disgusting filthy restaurant. Rude servers. Long line ups. Incorrect orders. Food thrown into bag unwrapped. Garbage overflowing. Inside is just as bad. Filthy washrooms with garbage overflowing. Often do not have enough of food as listed on menu. Chili and soups watered down. DUNDAS needs to BOYCOTT this store as we deserve better. Do not bother going to the other Tim's in town. Same rude and ignorant owners!
