This place is very dated and ready for Valentine's day a month early.. it's a bit odd, the food was very mediocre, the pancakes were rubbery and the syrup was just maple flavour, this is Canada we know good syrup, the only thing I suggest is the orange juice, I wouldn't ask for water it tastes bad. Hearing the staff talk bad about guests when they leave and swearing in the back room where everyone can hear them is very unprofessional.
Took over hr for food . Mine was done 20 minutes before my friends , however , they left it there till all others were done . So my food was greasy and dried up . Omelet wasn't cooked inside and hash browns were not cook inside . Kind of expensive for a meal I could eat . Service was slow from waitress . She was too busy answering phone . Likely worse food and service I ever had . Not with the hr bis ride to get there
We love to come out and enjoy the fantastic food and great service. The staff makes this restaurant an amazing one, from the front door to the servers to the kitchen staff and everyone else in between it really has that family restaurant feel. The prices are great and the wait times are almost always spot on or less than first mentioned. We always love come back and recommend this restaurant to all of our friends. And I almost forgot to mention THEY MAKE BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS IN THE CITY.
do not go here, it was once a good place for a quick meal. our last and final visit ever!! we waited one hour for crusty pancakes and a greasy omelette that had a black thread in it! was not given a discount after finding the thread...gross...not impressed, will never go there again...too bad, they used to have the best pancakes in town. shame shame shame
Entrees tasted like frozen dinners that had been nuked and the sides were bland, tasteless and uninspiring. I've only been there once, so maybe I should give it another chance, but it was so bad that I haven't found the courage to try again.
