Love the homemade...

Love the homemade food, the family oriented restaurant and the constant filling of my coffee mug! Although my husband always orders off the lunch/dinner menu, I am all about the breakfast. It's the only place for breakfast for me.

beware of the egg and i

if you can imagine the worst service you will find it in the egg and i on Upper James...make the mistake of going twice....the 1st time .....it took an hr and a half to get out of there they were busy but thers no excuse for that amount of time...almost an hr before the food arrived at the table...the second time they were slow......i sat down.....20 mins had passed and i wasnt even served a menu....so i walked out

good food bad environment

The food was good but it was too crowded and loud. Don't go there on a weekend if you are looking for a peaceful time
