Our technician, Todd, is very prompt, courteous, thorough and takes the time to explain everything that is happening to our lawn...when applying the last fertilization, he discovered an infestation of chinch bugs which had caused brown patches in the grass on our front and back lawns...he recommended an application of grub control that was arranged immediately...within a very few days, the grass starting to be restored.
