I was given prompt, respectful, and fair treatment. They quell any rumblings of anxiety with friendly banter and precise work.

7 minutes late and they wont see you because of Para. Sick and sleep all day and they charge $65. Your time is worthless as I have waited for the dentist on multiple occasions and he still charged for my first missed appointment due to illness. Wont go back.

dr Zapolski broke, two of my teeth while attempting to extract then.the last time she couldn't get the piece of tooth out of my gum.... I had to go to a surgeon to get it done and she still charge me for having the tooth extracted... I don't think she should have charged me for a job not done

We have been going here for many many years, since it first opened. Service is always excellent and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We have been living in Kemptville for 16 years, but stilll go to Associated Dental Care.

I am not satisfied with their services. Receptionists are rude to people. Dentists are not professionals. They do not know how to treat their patients with care. We will go tot he different dentists.
