Polite, friendly and their willingness to help their customers made it easy to acquire my Air cast.

This company displayed incredibly poor service and customer relations. Purchased a lift chair and it broke down due to their installation, provided no service other than ordered a part They do not return phone calls including their so called manager or attempt to provide service for the products they sell. After over a month had to pick up the part and repair it myself. Shame on you for treating the elderly with such incompetence. David W.

The regular staff is knowledgeable and most helpful. My problem with this store is that they do not stock enough of an item so when I order a Para transpo ride to take me there I want to know it's not for nothing. Bringing in two of an item isn't good enough for such a busy place, catering mainly to seniors who had a difficult time getting there in the first place.
