Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Much better off going somewhere else and paying full price than falling for their discounts and getting a fake, broken item which they do nothing about but blame the customer! Complete waste of time and money and the way they also talk to their customers is outright disgusting.

This is my go to optical store for eye exams and glasses. The staff are do well mannered and the customer service is friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to my family members and friends.
