    I needed a repair in February of this year. The repair was done quickly and all seemed fine. 4 months later I’m performing maintenance when I noticed a cracked panel. I contacted Arctic Spa and after several back and forth email exchanges they (incl. technician) denied any culpability. No body else but the repair tech ever touched that panel. As they kindly pointed out “your tub is out of warranty” and they would gladly provide an estimate for repair of said panel.

    Technician mis-diagnosed my spa problem

    Spa was not heating. Tech said I "definitely" needed a new heater element. I purchased one from them $65 (cheaper elsewhere $50-$55) and $30 more for new split nuts and gaskets, and installed it. No change to problem. Afterwards I found it was just a loose wire. Service manager refused to refund me the $95 charge for service, claiming her tech could not have made a mistake, even though I showed her the old element and proved there was nothing wrong with it. DO NOT USE ARCTIC SPA FOR SERVICE.
