    Worst customer service ever. Didn't want to speak to me because I don't speak very well French. Did not return my call and email in regards to our travel with them. Promised us an upgraded room if we went with him and that it would be on our receipt one month before the trip.... never got us that "upgraded room" and contract says cannot make changes within 30 days of trip. Last time using this company.
