I make handmade ceramics pieces in stoneware and in porcelain. For the most part my pieces are functional, but I also make various types of sculptural pieces. I value tension in my pieces, so often the pieces are asymmetrical. I use a non-standard technique for glazing: spraying layers of glazes to achieve variations of texture and colour.
