Manque de professionnalisme...

Bonjour, Ce n'est pas professionnel du tout. Ils ont reporter mon rendez-vous de pratiquement 1 heure, sans m'informer. Je crois que celles qui ont acheter le forfait a 59.00 dollars ne recevront pas les soins adéquat mentionner, je n'ai pas confiance en cet endroit.

1st apt. Not reco...

1st apt. Not recorded and I showed up and had to reschedule. The second time I cam the person doing the facial greeted me and brought me to a room. She explained about microdermabrasion. I never received the massage portion of the facial. Literally I was in and out in 45 minutes. Far cry from this facial's value being listed as $280 on Groupon on sale for $59. The brochure price for this facial is $100. I pointed this out to receptionist who then charged me the tars on $100. So disappointing
