JB Appliance Repair

Would never use this company again.

I had to use JB Appliance repair due to having a Sears warranty on my washing machine. Jeff, the owner/technician had still not completed the repair 3 weeks after my initial call for service to Sears. After being mislead by Jeff about un-received parts (he had signed for them 5 days prior to saying he didn't have them), multiple unreturned phone calls, and an inability to STILL not tell us when he would complete our repair, I sent him a very pointed message. 2 days later he quit our job. Nice.

We were forced to use this company b/c they were the only contractor who Sears had in the Regina area doing their warranty work. 3 weeks later, after lying about not receiving our parts yet and not knowing when he could come finish the repair I finally got mad and told Jeff how ridiculous our wait time had been. Jeff from JB Appliance Repair promptly sent our parts back to Sears and refused to complete the call. Based on my experience I would NEVER use this company again, nor buy Sears products
